BOOKING YOUR TRIP
How do I book a cycling tour?
Start by submitting the “Configure Trip” form on any tour page with your dates and extras. We’ll confirm availability and send a proposal. Once you approve, a deposit is due to begin booking.
When is final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your tour start date.
What if I need to cancel or change dates?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, in most cases, 80–100% of your payment can be credited toward a future trip if rescheduled with sufficient notice.
